OGL or C&C Necromancer

I started on a dedicated Necromancer class, collecting a spellist from various D20 products as far as the OGL allowed. Managed to convert the spells up to 5th level before a HD crash came along and ate most of the conversion right up. Managed to regain 0 and first level spell conversions. Here's the spellist, with annotations where I found the spells.
