Question about mounts

Hi,

Ok, about the Knight's birthright mount and the Paladin's divine mount. Do they go up in Hit Dice as the character advances in level and if so how do they progress? There appears to be nothing in the PH to handle this. Right now the point is mute as there are no players in my group that are playing either of these classes now but I thought I would ask regardless.

I'd give +1 HD / 4 levels.

There is nothing in the PHB that covers this sort of advancement. I do not believe the M&T covers this either in the horse entry.
