Nice! I have done something similar, but in a much more "ugly" format. Thanks for sharing!

One question: how do you use loyalty? As per AD&D rules?

Yes, 1st Ed. DMG

Other AD&D things you have imported in C&C? I am quite interested, since I have been thinking along these ways. There are lots of interesting bits which can be borrowed.

hmmmm... I'm at work right know, so I'll try to make some memory...
1. followers - as in DMG.
2. I use the AD&D monster manual. All you got to do is flip AC and assign primes. Bonus to Hit is still creature HD. I don't use the Physical o Mental prime method from M&T. I use primes by stat. Low level creatures usually have one single prime, for example, kobolds get only DEX, orc get only STR. Other creatures have 2 primes, others 3 others 4, etc. Dragons usually got all primes.
3. I use save or die poison.
4. #% magic resistance.
5. I use AD&D XP awards.
6. specialty priest from 2nd edition.
7. many random tables from the DMG - magic items, treasure, etc.
8. AD&D monetary system.
9. Starting ages, but they are opcional to the player who can start the age he wishes as long as it makes sense.
10. Surprice.
11. similar iniciative rules.
12. spell descriptions (some are nastier in having no save, etc).
I'll continue later...

I've got just one question:
Why did you bring back percentages?

I would say percentages are fine - you can't emulate percentages with a d20 - it's just not possible.
I like what you've done with the ability chart - I have something very similar in mind as well.
One thing I would change on your chart is the Resurrection values:
18-24 I would make 99%
25 100%
but hey, that's me.

What phadeout said.
Sometimes diferent situations demand different mechanics.
The values can not be reproduced by the siege engine, unless you want to modify odds.

Good point.
I just copyed the AD&D tables.

If the percentages are in five-percent increments, isn't that rather similar to d20?

Yep.
But how would you determine CL?
Maybe by HD of creature provoking a system shock check o maybe by spell level in those cases.
An analisys of the odds should be made and check diferences.

The # of HD or level of a given opposition.

That could be a method.
Though the AD&D odds are much more generous.
Using the regular SIEGE can make death by system shock much more frecuent.
It's each one's game in the end.

How does a crowbar/prybar affect Bend Bars?

by Zulgyan
I think that a crowbar would only be helpfull at opening doors, and no bar bending or gate lifting.

Nice. I use the same General Modifier, I much prefer it to the 2:1 progression.

I like the idea that Attack bonus is one half Damage bonus for strength. I find it balances high strength a lot more, especially when there is not HUGE bonuses like 3.x has to everything. The 2E ad&d chart for strength worked great, at 25 you had +7 Att/+14 Damage.

I never had much time for the AD&D Strength Tables. At Strength 16 you gett +1 to damage, at Strength 17 +1 to hit and damage, at 18 +1 to hit and +2 to damage, at Strength 18/01-50 +1 to hit and +3 to damage.
Still, if it were a 1:2 ratio in C&C you might end up with something like:
25: +7/+14
24: +6/+12
23: +5/+10
22: +4/+8
21: +3/+6
20: +2/+4
19: +1/+2
or
13-15: +1/+2
16-17: +2/+4
18-19: +3/+6
20-21: +4/+8
22-23: +5/+10
24-25: +6/+12
or
13-15: +1/+2
16-17: +2/+4
18: +3/+6
19: +4/+8
20: +5/+10
21: +6/+12
22: +7/+14
23: +8/+16
24: +9/+18
25: +10/+20
Personally, I am happier with a 1:1 ratio.

That table looks great. And I like the percentages. Not everything has to be a unified mechanic!

I'm in the unified mechanic camp BUT I'm digging the table. I like the 1st table you listed better than the second but that's just my preference. The only nitpick is that STRENGTH is misspelled at the top of your second table Zulgyan.
Nice work. Here's my simplified version (that limits ability scores to 25):

I'd give the person using a lever, such as a crowbar, a +2 modifier to their check.
