Monks and 13+levels ...

I used the search function, honest!!
I couldn't find an answer for two questions:
1.) I'm assuming a monk going beyond 13th level contiues to get an AC bonus in the pattern hinted at on the table (reaching 16 AC by 20th), but what about unarmed damage and speed?
2.) For all classes, I assume that 13th and beyond continues with the same bonus to hit points, but the BTH continues on whatever pattern has been set. (Thank you Troll Lords for setting up easy patterns!)

Its really up to the CK. You can add or subtract things as you see fit. I find that C&C games are the most fun a levels 5-8, and anything beyond that seems either too easy or way too hard for the PCs. Somone (mayber Serleran or Traveller?) did a great write up on "Epic" characters (beyond 12th lvl).

The answers?
1. Yes the AC progresses in the same pattern. I would consider speeding it up to be AC 20 by 20th level to keep the Monk hanging in there and being able to avoid being hit well enough to stay an effective fighter.
I don't know about unarmed damage and speed, but considering things like this are similiar to 3E I would bet that yes, they continue to keep going up. Look at the 3E Monk if you want some kind of written guideline to reference. If you don't have the books the SRD is free and on-line.
2. Thats real easy! Yes, they continue, unless you want to alter it.

Reminds me of my 3.0 games.
Hopefully the difference is that beyond 8th I won't have to spend hours making up the PCs.

It takes very little time at all. Spell selection for spell casters will be your biggest time eater. For example I had an encounter recently where the players fought a 10thlvl Cleric and a 12th lvl Ranger. Each one took about 30 min to create, and that includes selection of their magic items and creation of backstory/motivation.

Wasn't me, but Monkish special ability progression above 12th level would go something like this, following the pattern of the table shown in the book.
13 - AC15, 1d10, 1d8, 60
14 - AC15, 1d12, 1d8, 60
15 - AC15, 1d12, 1d8, 70
16 - AC15, 1d12, 1d8, 70
17 - AC16, 1d12, 1d8, 70
18 - AC16, 1d12, 1d10, 70
19 - AC16, 1d12, 1d10, 70
20 - AC16, 1d20, 1d10, 80
+250,000xp, +5hp, +1BtH per level above 12.
