Based on the FIGHTER???

I have given the fighters an extra boost by using the Weapon Mastery rules from the D&D Rules Cyclopedia.

Fighters get a lot more weapon choice slots, so they outshine all the other classes when using these rules. The fighters end up getting better attack and damage bonuses, plus more damage dice, with more of a variety of weapons.
