Anyone know if the CKG will include options for high-level play? I don't mean things like Prestige classes , I mean things like followers, extra-extra attacks, weapon mastery/specialization, new high-level spells/abilities, etc.

Sure one can develop rules for these things on their own (another great thing about C&C), but I was just curious if there would be anything "official".
