Sinister Stalkers are always left-handed. Any humanoid can be changed into a sinister stalker through a series of evil rituals known only to select circles of wizards, as long as the humanoid is originally right-handed. Creatures who are already left-handed cannot be made into stalkers. The stalker's body is altered in order to suit specific needs.
The modus operandi of a sinister stalker is to work its way into the close circle of friends of its target. Then, either through seduction or other means, the stalker poisons the target over a long period of time. Finally, when the target has outlived his or her usefulness, the stalker moves in for the kill.
Poisons: A sinister stalker is naturally attuned to poisons, just like a 3rd-level assassin. It can manufacture Class I, II or III poisons inside of its own body, then secrete the poison through its tongue at will. The stalker can poison people by deep-kissing them as well.
Track: A sinister stalker can track any creature just as well as a 3rd-level ranger, but is not limited to wilderness settings. A stalker may also track creatures through deserts, caves, structures, urban environments and so on.

Nice monster for an urban adventure, or one based on palace intrigue. A murder mystery suggests itself....
