The spell description for Invisibility states that the effect lasts until the recipient attacks. What if he never makes an attack? How long does it take to wear off? Or is it dispelled by the recipient at will?
Also, there is no save, but spell resistance applies. Does this refer to the recipient, or the creature being deceived by the invisibility? I assume the recipient.
