Efreet (possible errata)

So in M&T 2nd print, it says the Efreet gets 1 Scorching Ray per day. The problem is that there is no such spell in the PHB (3rd print).

Treat it like a burning hands, only with greater range and better damage: 1d8, +1 / level. Range: 100 feet. It resolves as a touch attack, so only magical armor and Dexterity adjustments apply. Save vs. breath weapon (ie, Dexterity) for half, and SR can be used to resist.
