The ghost says it has a slam attack. (Don't ask, the guy just talks to me.) Yet I'm not seeing where a description of the slam attack is listed.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
(Sorry to be asking so many questions of late.)

Ghost Slam Attack
There is no description. The ghost just slams into you, using whatever part of its body it wants, including all of itself. It doesn't use a fist, or foot, or head, or toe, or knee, or butt, or shoulder or torso... it uses all of them, however it wants.
That's a hold-over from the SRD, by the way. I should've given it some "specific" attack form, I guess.

Both. Ghosts can materialize any part of their body they want, so they can damage you, or touch of death you. The latter is a special attack, though, and is not delivered with every single touch.... unless the entry for the ability says "anytime the ghost touches an opponent" or something similar.
Technically, ghosts aren't incorporeal... they're ethereal.

Re-reading it, the touch of death is delivered by the slam, even if not intended. So, the attack line should be like this: Slam (1d6 + Touch of Death). The mere touch causes aging, except to elves. Lucky bastards. I hate them. I'll be changing them in my games... too many immunities to undead attacks.
The damage should be low, as every touch can literally kill. Being aged a few decades is not a wonderful prospect...

That's perfect. Thanks, Serleran! I appreciate the help this evening.
What I'm doing is converting my kender nightstalker NPC over to C&C format. The kender nightstalker PrC in Age of Mortals calls for two spirit companions (ghosts). I'm bringing that down to one, and making some other adjustments along the way so that it isn't overpowering. So yes, kender nightstalkers get a ghost, but it isn't your standard ghost (lower HD, spirit handling ability, etc.).
Imagine a kender who has a ghost companion who does his handling for him.

Semi-off topic, but the Kender Nightstalker is just such a cool PrC. I like it very much.
Please continue.
