Head's up C&Cers going to Con-on-the-Cob! I was going to run a C&C game at some point off-hours if possible. Unfortunately my work is sending me out of town Tuesday through Thursday of this week. While I'll be able to make the con on Friday, this is going to limit my ability to run any games while there. Sorry kids. We'll see what pops up.

Well another COTC in the books. Indeed, it was a great time Rhu. We talked about you enough and how close you are to this con but don't come. There's always next year.

It was a great time hanging with the Cobbers (Rigon, Gladiator, Jaybird, etc) Lots of libations, lots of laughing, and some serious WTF moments. When Rigon starts wearin' the Peter Pan lid, you know it is a crazy con. It was all good though.

Got to play Fields of Battle with Rigon, and it turned out to be a one-sided ass kickin'. Cool game that Fields of Battle. It really does capture the feel of mass-combat in the C&C game really well without FOB being a true wargame/minature game. I like that.

Played a hundred tons of BattleTech too. Lots of grinder play that tested the mettel of the bones. I didn't get cored once!

Hopefully we can get even more TLG folk down to cob next year. More C&C, FOB, Havesters, SS, etc. wouldn't be a bad thing.

I know there are some pictures of the insanity up on the Facebook, by various peeps.

Let's see if we can do this again next year people!

Another effing great time spend with Jay, Glad, O and a whole host of new friends.

I didn't do a lot of gaming this year. Other than the 2 games of FoB that I ran, I didn't play a single game. I did, however, try to kill my liver several times thourghout the weekend. Which I completely blame of Glad.

I'll post more when I get the time to upload my pics and am not feeling so crappy.

As expected, CotC 2010 was the shizznizzle. Good times with good friends. Can't wait until next year's so we can all do it again.

It's a good thing that this con has a 365 day break in between each one...that's about how long my liver needs to recoup from the last one.

And I blame that all on Rigon.
*And for those that still haven't made it to CotC, you're truly missing out on one of the 7 wonders of the world.....Jay in a Peter Pan suit.
