C&C Character Familiar v2.1

Post by Go0gleplex »

Just a quick note to those interested.

I've recently finished upgrading and revamping my Excel 2007 C&C Character Familiar spreadsheet to include all the classes, races, weapons/armor/helms and mana point system from the PHB & ABP. My home brew races and classes are also included but can be ignored if desired easily. It is very useful for creating pre-gens or PCs on the fly or when time is limited.

The Familiar has an unavoidable quirk or two due to how Excel handles random number generation, but you can still create a fully filled in character sheet within as little as five minutes with two optional (and filled in) crib note sheets for Class & Race Abilities, additional note space, saves reference, and space for mount(s)/familiar(s)/animal companion(s) stats.

This can be found on the C&C Discord server.

Haha, . . Hi T. I laughed when I saw that yer running excel 2007. I thought hmm, I don't know if my version would support your file.

And so I checked my version ~ 2002 SP3!!!

Been running all versions of excel and Lotus 123 on some old machines.

Anywho, I'd like to see your work.

PM sent soon.

Thanks, man!

My home brew stuff is on my Discord server, but I've limited access for now. Also in the process of adding a few more races to the soup that folks should find fairly fun.

My Warlocke is different from the typical Warlock class in that it isn't a magic user but more of a magic reinforced swordsman. They use the little magic they can touch to reinforce the body and their weapons/armor for the most part rather than doing the whole pact thing with extraplanar for power.

The main interface page where choices are made, dice rolls recorded, and such. The purple headings are items that autofill based on choices made.

A snip from a portion of the Ability Reference sheets that auto fill with the character sheet. Optional to use or not. Crib notation for the abilities; the PBH/ABP are still needed for all of the text and full explanations.

How can I find this on Discord? I can't see how to download anything. Or maybe I should just pm you? If you're still willing to share that is? Thanks.

Hey Chris. It should be in one of the resource channels on the TLG Discord. PM me and I can email it to you if you don't feel like going on a search. :)
