Ahhh, but which route is safest?

Over land, where the Cthulhu monster or spaceship can mow you down?;
Down the sewer grating with the ominous glow coming from it...?;
Into the lake/river where the spiders will get you and probably other unknown critters?;
Via the skies where the spaceship or sky-squid will get you....?
