Was out of state at my in-laws, who don't have internet, so I couldn't wish you all a Merry Christmas until now.

Hope you all got more and better than you deserve ;-)

I didn't get any RPG gifts (I have most of what I need/want so no big disappointment there) but I got both my girls the new PHB so there were RPG gifts under the tree here without me getting any which is better in its own way !

Christmas eve, hope you all enjoy good mulled wine or spiced cider, spend time with the loved ones, get more/better gifts than you deserve, and have a Merry Christmas !

Krampus... lol! The idea of misbehaving children getting scared by Krampus is kinda funny.

Anyone get any cool gaming stuff this year? My wife bought me a D&D Advent calendar that my daughter and I enjoyed opening every morning. My son got me a set of "Elvish" dice as well. Pretty cool!

My wife got me a bunch of books from this, apparently: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/56 ... lack-label

She also got me a bunch of "Star Players" (about 6 of them) for Blood Bowl and then we went shopping and I was able to score an Xbox One Series X (the one with the disc drive) and then I got a bunch of games - looking at a stack of 12 to inventory and find someplace to keep them.

Since my birthday and XMAS often overlap (they're not the same day but close enough that they get celebrated together) I think I did pretty good.

If we count stuff just before, then I picked up the new slipcase for Spelljammer and several Epic Encounters boxes.

That Kickstarter looks pretty cool

I am hitting the road tomorrow , and I won't be back until the 27th. The in-laws don't have internet at their house, so I won't have chance to say it later.

Hope you all have a Merry Christmas ! Hope Santa brigs you more and better than you deserve, and you eat too much Christmas dinner, and you don't have so much Christmas Spirits that you have a head ache ...

It was Christmas Day, 1981 that I received the Moldvay magenta boxed set. Here, 43 years later I'm still getting RPG stuff for Christmas....

Awesome! I got mine around the same time too, but not for Christmas. Must have been a bit later.
