Half-orc/half-ronin monk vs. hill giant at TC!

Post by Tadhg »

Can a 3rd level half-orc/halt-ronin monk take on a hill giant from the ancient Darkenfold forest?

With just a little help from a couple of his fellow PCs, he can.

My character, Yan Fan Yuen in Steves game kicked the crap out of a hill giant.

Of course, having a 19th strength, ring of protection, ioun stone (dusty rose) and a beautiful 12 foot long scythe is a good start.

But the best? Rolling 2 nat 20s and a 19 and 18 on him as well as not getting hit (even though I had 32 HPs as a cushion!) sure was fun!!
