One of my favorite sites for free paper mini's is One Monk Miniatures. I already have 1.2GB of files from there, and I just went back and see I have a whole bunch more to download now!

These are perfect to line up for FoB. Combine these with terrain and models from Fat Dragon, which has awesome stuff, and WordWorks, which is incredible as well, and WHOOT! near-instant battles! There are a ton of other free resources on the web. I have downloaded many more, wish I would have bookmarked them all...

Oh and don't forget to check RPGNow, Paizo, etc. for free samples, and of course actual pay-per on the cheap!

Oh, and if any of you have a cutting machine, many of the One Monk Mini's have GSD files... Maybe I'll buy one, one of these days, since many of the paper models are coming with the cut out files now. Save a ton of time...
