Miracle Spell?

On page 118 of M&T under the entry for the Rod of Cancellation, it states that "drained items can only be restored by wish or miracle". Was miracle susposed to be on the list of C&C clerical spells (i.e. a hold over from 3rd ed. D&D), or was this spell dropped from C&C and the entry under the rod is just an error?

Error. Miracle was dropped on purpose.
