is star siege really free?

looking at ordering star siege on the new TLG store and star siege is free (11.70 with shipping). is this a typo or bug?

I dunno, but I'd imagine it has a cost associated, unless there is some super-duper sale going on that was not announced. My gut would say, if on sale, it would be either $10 or $5, but probably the $10 figure... if it was on sale, which I dunno.
