This last session was one long, rolling combat. The party was boosted by a "special guest star" in the form of an old friend stopping by for a gaming session. That meant the group had yet another female combat monster (one knight, one fighter, and one bard who was just out for blood that night). You can read all the gory details here:

A few quick notes: we're going to try out the boosted XP table someone from Julian Grimm. The group decided to go with higher monster XP rather than get XP from treasure. I must be getting stingy (although to be fair, I take it right off the tables).

Second, now that the party has finished the first level of Caer Gannen, I thought I might post the adventure for people to download (SSStanley, don't peek). I'd post the second level, but the PC's haven't gotten there yet. Let me ask, would people rather get the entire adventure in one shot (which means not getting it until December), or would they like to get the first level now?
