Collectors Edition boxed set...

Post by Treebore »

Were any of these NOT the 300 signed versions?

The reason I ask is I have one, and it is still shrink wrapped, and I am told that the only way to see if it is signed is to unwrap it and open it. If there were only the 300 signed sets done, then I will know it is signed, I just won't know what number it is.

If more than the 300 were done, is there a way to tell which set of them it is? Such as ISBN? Meaning mine doesn't have an ISBN?

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

As far as I know, the original "Spartan 300" were not sealed in shrink wrap. However, the White Box continued to be produced, and I believe is still available, which are not "Spartan 300s."

So, this means, to me, that if you have one in shrink, it is not one of the first.

Serleran is correct. The original Spartan 300 were all signed by Steve, Davis and Mac, and came numbered on the inside box top. They were never shrink wrapped that I heard of.

I have a "special" one (or should I say three hundred) on the way from a foreign land!

Tree,

The only copies of the Spartan 300 that MIGHT have been shrink wrapped were those we sold into the retail market. Its been a long time but I think we only sold a few dozen that way, most of those to Titan Games and to Complete Strategist if I remember correctly.

Chances are you do not have one of the 300.
