For Alvar, if you need a NPC rogue then use him as needed! As to the temple I'll invest the full price to be a "part owner".

Alvar is sticking around Dagger Falls for now, over seeing the building of the Temple. If you do come back before we finish, I'll work him in somehow
The party never had much trouble with the dire wolves they encountered. Lets home for them it remains that easy for the group. But I doubt it

FYI to all. I may have to cancel the game til next week. Flu season is amongst us here in Labrador, and I am not feeling very well. Assume there will be a game. I'll post a few hours before game time if I need to cancel for the night.

A few things.....

Martin and Brad, cheers for playing last night. Was fun, even with such a small party . XP will be posted soon.

Just wondering if last night was a bad time to game. I never realized today is turkey day in the U.S. That being said, thanks to Josh and Matt for letting me know that they may not been able to make it. Kyle and Marcus, not sure what happened on your end.

In the future all, I would appreciate if you can't play, just a quick note on the thread or a PM telling me you are unable to game. That way we dont have to waste time waiting to see if people are gonna show up or not. Its not a big deal if people are unable to make it, real life always take precident, I am realizing that now with my little girl
Anywho, I haven't heard from Franck at all, so maybe I'll keep 1 spot free for any of the old players who may want to game after Xmas (Tree, Slimy or Lurker) we will see.

FYI. My business trip scheduled for 2 weeks ago was postponed and is now going ahead from Wednesday to Friday of next week. Same deal as before, if there is an Internet connection reliable in my hotel room, I'll be good to go, if not, we will have to postpone. Again, I'll post the status of the game on here.

Opps, my bad. Saw your post earlier and worked it out. We lost the Internet here in town most of yesterday and today, but back now.

As for the XP for Nerneth and Timmy:

Centipedes and Doppleganger encounters came to 4819 in total.

Both of you earn 2410 + 150 (role playing) + 200 (Treasure) = 2760 each.

Hey folks. Good news on my end. Seems the Internet connection in this sad sad hotel is working, for now. Last year when I was here for a meeting, it kept cutting in and out, so lets hope it lasts long enough for us to play .

Glad to hear you will be able to make it Josh.

The game game is scheduled to start at 7:30 EST, which is 8:30 my time. (So in 3 hours time). Since I dont have my meetings until 9 AM tomorrow, we can game as long as you all want. I got lots prepared .

Matt and Brad, just log on when you can and join in. I am assuming Marty and Josh will be on time, and I think Marc will be here, not sure from his last email to me. Either way, as long as my Internet sticks, the game will be a go.

Divine/Arcane blasts. These are a pure energy attack that any spell caster can use every other round as long as they do not cast any spells on the round in between. Yes, this means all day long. This is because that round is a recharge/gather the power round. This attack requires a "To hit" roll versus the targets AC, but the casters BtH for purposes of this attack is equal to their caster level and its modified by their DEX. Damage is 1d4 per level of the caster Typically a cleric uses their Holy Symbol and Arcane Casters most frequently make a wand.

A SIEGE check can be made to blast every round, it will be CON based, and failed checks will cost a temporary loss of one CON point to simulate the exhaustive nature of wasting the energy as well as gathering it so quickly. The CL will equal the amount of dice you want to do for damage, and the base TN will always be 12, since this is now a "Class Ability" for all spell casters.

Fun game last night. Intense. A couple of times I though everyone except for Matt and Marc were done for Close encounters are the most fun to play/run.

I lost my poor NPC Orog though. He was a test tube baby orog, raised by half-orcs, and you bastards killed him. Hmmm, See even game masters are saddened by the demise of one of their own
Anywho, meetings are done here for me (tiring day ). Will get the XP done and posted sometime on the eve.
