**** Party is awarded a 20% xp increase due to Sekeren using the Throne (Power = Mantle of Ergregious Might) to increase his AC, saves, attacks and checks by 4 each.

Loot and role Playing xp = 429 xp

Treasure: Sekeren =

Rod of the Viper: This rod strikes as a +2 heavy mace. Once per day, upon command, the head of the rod becomes that of an actual serpent for 10 minutes. During this period, any successful strike with the rod deals its usual damage and also poisons the creature hit. The poison deals 1d10 points of Constitution damage immediately (Constitution CL 14 negates) and another 1d10 points of Constitution damage 1 minute later (Constitution CL 14 negates). The decision to reroll comes after the original roll is made, and the player may use the higher of the two rolls. After one use, the talisman turns to powder. These items cannot be made by mortals. (Value: 22,000 gp)

Just a reminder that we will be playing Game Session 66 tomorrow. You need to decide what your next step will be. Here are you options at a glance:

1. Go thru the descending corridor east. There you can:

A. Inspect the firepit more (well, more than Nazir has done)

B. Check out the staircase leading down (in the area where the secret door was magically opened due to wild magics)

2. Go thru the descending corridor west. There you can:

A. Inspect the 10 painting on the room

B. Inspect any of the 3 doors on the western side of the rectangular room.

Just some food for thought based on last weeks game.

As well, there is a Rod of the Viper and the Demon's Talisman that you should decide who is taking or leaving, up to you.

FYI: I am planning on running this for the next 3 weeks and that will take us up to Dec 21. That will take us close to Christmas. If people are totally bored during the holidays and wanna play, I could run during the Xmas season, if not, we will pick it up after the new year. We can discuss this next week, or on the 21st.

No worries B. The group just finished battling a group of trolls, but one has gotten back up again. If you check back in the thread, where i post XP and loot for the last 2 game sessions, you will see what the group has battled.

I'm not sure if I'll make it. December has been a real mess for me.

Tonight my mother is having the family over to bake holiday cookies. I know, exciting. I'd be disowned if I missed it. There's a chance I jump on when I get back home, but I wouldn't count on it. I'm sure I'll have a few work issues that'll also require my attention.

Sorry guys. It's been awhile and I'm definitely anxious to jump back in.

Touch Attack: 1d10 + Dex Mod + Mag on Armor + Mag on Shield

Remember, Rings of Protection only counts towards AC if the "+" is higher than the "+" on your armor. Bracers of Armor and Armor do not stack for AC. Finally, Amulets of Natural Armor (or anything else that provides Natural Armor) only applies to Damage Reduction as per house rules.

So, Natural Armor of 8 grants DR of 1/2(8) = 4. This DOES stack with the DR granted from 1/2(Armor bonus), such as 1/2(6) = 3 for Full Chain Suit. Magic on the armor does NOT boost this.

Please have your touch armor class figured out for this Tuesdays game, you will need it

Session 68 will be an important one before we break for Xmas. You may reach the Fane's Heart or not depending on how things go....

I'll be in Chicago for a meeting on Tuesday. There's a chance the meeting will require me to stay for Wednesday as well. If I have to stay Wednesday, I should make our Tuesday game. I'll have my headset with me. If we wrap-up Tuesday, I'll be on a plane Tuesday evening which means I'm out.

Rob I might not be there tonight. We have our Christmas Concert till 10 or 11 and we are having some bad weather over the next few days (wind = bad for boats) so I might be leaving Wednesday morning instead of Thrusday lunch time, meaning I have tons of cleaning and washing to do once I get home. Will check when i get home tonight to let you know.

Game Session 68 will now be scheduled for Tuesday, January 12, 2011

I will not be running it next Tuesday as I won't have the time.

The following week, I'd like to change back to our old day on Wednesdays if people prefer. I'd try it for that week of Session 68 but that Wednesday is on the 13th, which is my wife's birthday, and I won't game on that night. As we have discussed before Christmas, most are fine with going back to Wednesdays.

That being said, if soccer starts up again in Feb, I may be forced to go back to Tuesday, or we can come up with another night.

We only need about 4-6 more sessions to finished the campaign, so I am targeting the end of February. By then, maybe Josh or Donny can go back to games of old, or maybe Marc can take a stab at CKing.

As for me, I have ordered a fair number of gaming books on ebay that I will be using to rewrite my house rules for c&c and to prep for my 3rd campaign. That won't be for a long time yet, but I already have my trilogy of adventures selected that will take PC's from level 1 up to 20+. It will be fun for sure!
