Fulgrim is impulsive, and always follows his fancy, wherever it takes him. From his boyhood training as a battlefield archer to the present, he has always relied on his charm and the indulgence of the universe to take care of him. But happy-go-lucky has become just happy, and now that too seems threatened. Penniless and shoeless, he has been making his money entering the occasional shooting contest at county fairs, and his sustenance is largely the result of poaching. Still, when he is focused, he can achieve great things. But great things are about to involve a great risk.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
The concert I was going to this Sunday got postponed. So I am game to game. Let me know if you are all interested.
Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Good gods, yes. It's been months since I've been able to play in your game. I'm just not sure I still have a character to play. There has been some very cryptic messages about Ja'heim's fate.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
I don't know why the messages are cryptic. You're character is fine, and by fine I mean dead. You have been reincarnated as a spectral badger. Oh, and you are now the designated trap opener (those wraith like badger claws are soooo good at popping open locks)Rigon wrote:Good gods, yes. hmmmmm.... guess I should figure out what happened to you. I don't want to spoil the story though until we game..... but doing so would allow you to plan what you plan to do. I should be home by Sunday. Spending longer than expected working with the Veteran in Utah.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Rigon,
After thinking about your characters fate further, you will need to decide to be reincarnated or roll a new character.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
It was a brutal typical attack from behind by nwelte, Rigon. This time he didn't come out of a wall, he just struck while invisible. I also screwed up, I meant to have your character heal that round, but due to playing two PC's, I forgot, and nwelte leaped. It might have made a difference, but you know how much nwelte likes killing your PC's.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Treebore is being way too modest. He played your character extremely well. But what mere character can withstand the force of nature that is Nwelte the Killer CKTreebore wrote:It was a brutal typical attack from behind by nwelte, Rigon. (Possible suspect in the murder of your character. We believe the ears are accurately depicted)
So you were dropped, which was fine. We have all been dropped here and there.
Then Nwelte added his morbid piece de resistance and turned you into a zombie, to better feast on my sweet sweet elven flesh (we all know I was next, as I am #1 most wanted on Nwelte's diabolical kill list
However, your zombificaton has put a wee crimp in our plans to bring you back to life
Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Yep. Makes us need the far more powerful magics, such as Resurrection.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Well, I may end up having to work tomorrow evening anyways, so I think I'll start thinking up a new character for when I'm finally able to join again. I'll let you know if I'm going to make it tomorrow or not, Nate, as soon as I find out.

Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
I will have you know, I targeted no one. A flame strike followed by a lightening bold centered on the most people seemed appropriate. Ja'heim was just in the middle. And before I raised dead, I had no idea it would bar certain resurrection spells. But left for amazing gasps from the rest of the players that knew what happened right away.

We all know why you had that guy sneak invisibly behind the group...

Now, is it true that those who posted updated characters like you asked get a free Oathbow?

That's not fair. My character is dead. I can't post an update until Nate tells me the specifics for my new pc.Aergraith wrote:Now, is it true that those who posted updated characters like you asked get a free Oathbow?

No. You have a pet young adult black dragon for seven days that is OP enough.Aramis wrote:if I post Rigon's character, can I get his oathbow too?Rigon wrote:That's not fair. My character is dead. Same method as character creation. I have to get the exp total caught up, and then you can level accordingly. You will also have a gold allowance, but I need to review the equipment lists.
Re: Nate's New Sunday Night Game
Typical Aramis... hide until the last 30 seconds of the session and then toss out a game changing move. Charm monster on a young adult black dragon in an area with all sorts of fun ways to die.Rigon wrote:Good gods, what have I missed!?nwelte1 wrote:No. You have a pet young adult black dragon for seven days that is OP enough.Aramis wrote:if I post Rigon's character, can I get his oathbow too?Rigon wrote:That's not fair. Cool, just let me know. I've been kicking around some concepts and the basics will be quick to do. Figuring out equipment will take longer.nwelte1 wrote:Rigon wrote:That's not fair. So after looking at some art on the internet for inspiration, I decided to go with a barbarian. I have all of he basics done (as far as I can without knowing xp) and I just have to pick out some gear.

Nate, what are your thoughts on the rune mark class from Rune Lore? Would you allow it?Rigon wrote:So after looking at some art on the internet for inspiration, I decided to go with a barbarian. I have all of he basics done (as far as I can without knowing xp) and I just have to pick out some gear.
