USPS emails in the States.

Anyone know a web site that lists the email address of different post offices in the States? Not phone numbers or city or what not, just an email.

Getting the run around from a seller in Iowa and wanted to contact the post office he brought the RPG book to. I tried the USPS site, and wouldn't you know, I couldn't even fill out the customer service form as I don't have a state and Zip code (duh)

Any of you Americans know if such as site or live anywhere near Bettendorf, IA. I can PM the tracking number if so.

I don't think there are published email addresses for each post office, but you can find their phone numbers here:
