I'm also curious when we might expect the screens in our mailbox?

By the way, the Santa Sacks rocked!

The screens have arrived today. They have to be packaged with the Golden Familiar adventure, but this won't take long. Shipping should begin this afternoon or early next week at the latest.

The look very, very nice. I hope you all are as pleased as I am.

Thanks!

Steve

I'll announce it on amazon this weekend and they will post it in about 10 days or such. I'm surprised its not already on there to be honest.

I have a quick question then,

I'm having all the guys over on Feb. 17th, what is the chance this screen will arrive before that date?

I can live without it, but I sure would love to show off a truely nice DM screen.

Steve

That's because Amazon prefers posting items that don't exist yet!

Ha! Seriously... someone needs to contact Amazon and get them to clean up their C&C listings. They've got at least two or three different versions of the PHB and the CKG up there for sale. Craziness...

Heh, Steve has mentioned previously that he had contacted them several times to try and get some things straightened out. With their millions of titles, I'm not surprised to see some errors, but you'd think that with the publisher's help they might get it fixed up eventually.

The Big Question...

So the big question now is: when does the Castle Keeper's Guide come out? Amazon says August.

Yeah, this thing was cool-- I had to pick it up. I figured it'd save me about 30 minutes per session of C&C just from not having to spend so much time looking things up.

Just picked up mine last night, and I'm in love with it. The only criticism I have is how the screen is initially folded up "Z-style". Yeah, I know it's a nit-pick. Otherwise, the screen is absolutely beautiful. And the included adventure is rather nifty, too.

Great work, guys!

I'm still waiting for mine. it appears that distributors up here in the great white north are having a hard time getting their hands on it.

Cheers,

J

Still waiting on mine also, but I'm in the Great White North also, could be a trend.

Or it could be my FLGS wants us to take our thousands of dollars a year in gaming purchases somewhere else.

I am definitely loving using this. So far I find myself using it most for confirming which saves are based off of which stats and for calculating xp's. The next most frequent use for me is probably equipment related stuff.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.
Sounds obvious to me! -Gm Michael

What stores are you guys trying to get them at? There are problems with C&C in Canada as the distributors are reluctant to order small quantities of things.

Let me know and I"ll pass it along and see if we can work it out.

Thanks,

Steve
