Returning to the Crusade!

Post by magehammer »

My gaming group recently voted to re-visit C&C after a long hiatus.

Our exploits are detailed on my RPG blog for any of you who may be interested in what is going on out in the wilds of Ohio...

Enjoy. Comments are welcome.

Welcome back to the Crusade!

I find that C&C is one of those games that I return to over and over. We may run a short-term campaign of something else, but at the end we always drift back to C&C. 8-)

Welcome back!
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Trollzah!

In my current game, the adventurers are delving into a temple that may look very familiar to yours... ;)

Indeed. My players were drawn to the village after hearing about a little girl's dog being lost, after two of the players lost dogs in a prior game, set in a different world...

Ahhhh, yes. My adventurers will be heading to that particular ruin after they take care of business in Larm.

Hopefully, they will not find the bones of your heroes there...

So far, they really have only scratched the surface, but the feedback is positive.

I think they are enjoying the old school feeling more than anything. When I sent the map of the Known Lands, one of my players was very psyched by the hexes.

The initial role-playing in town went very well in my opinion. Larm is an excellent launching point for my gamer sensibilities; it fits me.

They have just entered the Temple of Thaxon; I mean, Main Hall and that's all. Knowing them as I do, I think the whole thing will continue to be a hit with them.

Very cool magehammer. Good luck (to the players) on the continued efforts in Thraxon!
