Module C2 "Shades of Mist" makes mention of a follow-up module called C3 "Upon Green Hills Rising". To my knowledge, this module was never released. What happened?

Like most things that got moved to the side of the road when the CKG plowed through, it was just a matter of resources. I expect a lot of projects like this one will make a reappearance once the backwash in the wake of the CKG has settled.
