Gaming Coordinator At Soonercon

As the title shows, I volunteered to run the games at Soonercon, which is a convention in Oklahoma City. I ran C&C last year, and now I am in charge of the whole gaming schedule. So I would like to hear any advice you have or any pet peeves about gaming at a convention. Since I will not have time to run a game, I would like to see someone else take the mantle and run a C&C demo for 2012.

Any tips would will be appreciated.
