Buying Merits (Contribution thread)

Post by treant_on_fire »

I'm not familiar with C&C yet to actually contribute with XP amounts, so I need the help of others. I was thinking it could be fun if players could buy Merits with XP.

For example, Ambidexterity would be a <balanced and reasonable amount> XP Merit, and so on...

So if you have any ideas for merits that players can buy with xp, feel free to post them!

Well, a magic item that duplicates a racial ability costs ~5,000 XP. So having it as an perm ability that can't be lost, etc., would probably be around 10X that amount.
Old age and treachery will overcome youth and skill
