Overlooked Totem animals

Post by Arduin »

I was looking at the Druid and its possibilities vis-a-vis totem animals. An interesting and useful one would be the common duck. Not for fighting but for travel, escape, etc.

Some stats:

Slow flight rate (walking) ~25 m.p.h. = move 220.
Migrating speed (jogging) ~50 m.p.h. = move 440.
Top speed (sprinting) ~100 m.p.h. = move 880.

Observed ceiling 21,000 feet.
Old age and treachery will overcome youth and skill

Killer Whale: throw enemies onto rocks, do tricks, and more

Giant Bee: excellent at sending and receiving information from nature, as well as for getting lots of backup
