Post by Lobo316 »

Hey Gang,

Sorry, I don't have my books on my, but in regards to weapon size, where abilities or rules reference "light weapons", what is considered a light weapon? Where is that listed?

I don't know if it is listed any where, per se, but I believe one of the Trolls has stated (or I could be mis-remembering) that any weapon in the 1-2 pound range or lower and that could be wielded one-handed could be considered a light weapon.

Yea, the closest thing I could find was a reference (think it was in the rogue descrption) about any weapon that is shorter than your arm.

"light weapons" would be the ones Obi-Wan and Luke used...

...and why is it always about SIZE? :P

Yeah, I've always gone with the thief rules: One handed weapons shorter than your arm. I'd add that the EV must be 2 or less, which tends to go hand in hand with the reality of one handed and shorter than your arm.
