Geek Test
Re: Geek Test
My shirt tucked into my underwear? I must have been gaming the day they explained that one.
I just made it across the Major Geek threshold, probably due to movie watching; the only boxes left unchecked in that section were All Star Trek Movies and Donnie Darko.

I'm thinking this guy has a thing for Steve Jackson Games.
Somebody should tell him green letters on black wasn't the best choice. Unless that is a geek thing.

You, sir, are a Geek Among Geeks. I barely scored above 35%, and I'm widely regarded as a Geek by those with whom I associate.Dead Horse wrote:Good or bad, i got

I don't need a test, my wife reminds me everyday.

Mine too, but now there is an official number to go with it (26% and change). However, I'm waiting till she takes the test. I have a sneaking suspicion that she'll score higher them me. She doesn't game, but she'll score high on the computer stuff and movies.

Re: Geek Test
It should probably be higher since I just spent 3 more minutes not only googling how to count to 31 on one hand, but practicing... and then thinking that it should have been self-evident. And not being embarrassed to say this publicly.
Gave myself 2 points for creating an RPG club... does anyone think that was repetitive?

Re: Geek Test
I took the test, but I'm not geeky enough to count up the number of questions "correct" and determine a percentile score.

Re: Geek Test
Serl you the man.
What cost me was my disdain for later Star Trek stuff. I scored well in the computers bit. The count to 31 on hand i figured out (thanks CCNA classes with all the binary practice). If i would have taken this two years ago i would have scored ALOT lower on both the reading and computer bits. Going back to college for retraining was aces for my geek score.

Re: Geek Test
See how inept I am in my geekiness? I have too many hobbies and can't even keep them straight. (Such as the time I ran Popeye as a Traveller character, all the time doing yo-yo tricks while rolling dice with the free hand.)Just Jeff wrote:I was geeky enough to hit the button that calculated my score for me.MormonYoYoMan wrote:I took the test, but I'm not geeky enough to count up the number of questions "correct" and determine a percentile score.
