Can anyone send me to specific links or sites like rpgnow or drive thru rpg? Not looking for complete adventures just completed towns.

You said "completely fleshed out", and I think this isn't, but it's gotten good press as of late:rickyh wrote:Can anyone send me to specific links or sites like rpgnow or drive thru rpg? Not looking for complete adventures just completed towns.

It details some of a specific city, Vornheim, but as I understand it, it offers kind of a toolkit approach to fleshing your city out on the fly. Now that it's discounted I'll probably find out tonight if that is true.

There are two villages, Moganville and Rashtan, over at Dragonsfoot in their download area. There is also an adventure called "The Village with No Name" which has a really small village in it.

There's also the Hamlet of Welwyn, available from Goodman Games:
