I don't know of one, other than mini catalogs in the back of Crusader or other products; things have come in and out of existence and interest and I don't know of an exhaustive list.

We could complete it here together - I have some modules which appear under another "number" in some of the backcover lists (S2, S3 ...) which always confuses when I try to complete my collection
