The Umbrage Saga...continued?
The Umbrage Saga...continued?
So, I'm probably gonna pick up the Umbrage saga. I read that it takes from...and leave you at the gates of Aufstrag itself!" So...is there/what are the follow up adventures to go in and bust face on the witch queen?

The Umbrage Saga collects A0 to A5 in the series. The rest of the A series can be found here.

Re: The Umbrage Saga...continued?
I wonder if A6-13 will be compiled into a set called Umbrage II:Electric Boogaloo? Just a thought.

Look what I've started. Just put the umbrage II logo, the horned one, some red cap goblins, and a couple of hlobane orcs on that picture, and you've got an Ennie award winning product. Lol

From a old break dancer of the 80's, both Breakin' movies rocked! During the film the audience had a bunch of break dancers and we'd get up, in the aisles on the stage, wherever we could show our mad skills.mgtremaine wrote:words fail me![]()

With the new lettering, the photo assumes an entirely different interpretation. It now appears to be several adventurers, one of whom (a thief type?) is too drunken to stand up.

Rumor is that it comes with an orgami oversized sheet, which folds into a castle. And an autographed photo of Gary Gygax, Dave Arneson, Steve Jackson, and Gary Jackson pummeling each other. And a bag of M&Ms.Rhuvein wrote:I think the final mod (supposed to be large, mebbe a book) is going to be Fantabulous!!

I'm skeptical, there is no way you get a pony in the normal edition. I hear there will be special limited edition that has the pony.

I think your both mistaken, the Umbrage Saga II: Electric Boogaloo will be cross stated for My Little Pony the RPG and Palladium's Rifts.mgtremaine wrote:I'm skeptical, there is no way you get a pony in the normal edition. I hear there will be special limited edition that has the pony.
Also, the box will be outsourced to Brave Halfling Publishing - twice the depth of their current old school gaming boxes. Fat Dragon will be doing the art for the Orgami Castle and for orgami/paper mini Ponies. Along with some special cardboard for the Breakin Challenge which is supposedly at the final level of Aufstag, so you can do actual head spins.
The kickstarter/Pre-order is all that...and a bag of chips.

Weird post, no idea what you are talking about.MormonYoYoMan wrote:Rumor is that it comes with an orgami oversized sheet, which folds into a castle. Gary was associated with TLG/C&C and did know about Erde/Aihrde. Dave was D&D and Blackmoor and may or may not have known about C&C
I have not idea who these Jackson twins are, unless they had something to do with M&Ms (hopefully this is not some weird porn stuff that you are posting about!) or are long lost brothers of the Jackson 5.
Anyway, praps the Trolls will do a 2nd Saga release with the later mods. The final book will most likely a hardback/finale/end of campaign extravaganza!!! A must buy for Aihrde enthusiasts!!!

No I think Yoyo was refering simply to regular M&Ms the candy. Steve Jackson is the owner founder of Steve Jackson Games, makers of GURPS, Munchkin, Ogre, Illumanti, Car Wars, etc.Rhuvein wrote: I have not idea who these Jackson twins are, unless they had something to do with M&Ms (hopefully this is not some weird porn stuff that you are posting about!) or are long lost brothers of the Jackson 5.![]()
Gary Jackson, is the fictional owner of Hard 8 Enterprises which makes Hackmaster in the Kenzer & Company Comic Book - Knights of the Dinner Table. IIRC, his name was a deliberate parody on Gary Gygax and Steve Jackson.
I'm not aware of either jackson being related to the Jackson Five, though it would make an interesting plot in a KODT stripe.
Re: The Umbrage Saga...continued?
Hmm, I've heard of Car Wars, but the name Steve Jackson . . thinking football mebbe.
I do know of and know the Hackmaster/Kenzer guys!
Mars & Murrie. I'm glad to see more dark chocolate in their products!

There is the Steve Jackson that most rpger's are aware of but, there is another Steve Jackson that was also involved in rpg's.
