Ah, there are many different ways to skin that cat, especially since I am the Infrastructure Manager, and have the keys to the kingdom when it comes to IT. I choose not to, I can't expect our end users to respect the appropriate use rules if we in IT do not. BTW, even HTTPS proxy's can be blocked if they are blacklisted either by your webfilter/firewall provider, or you build the rules yourself.Arduin wrote:koralas wrote:I cannot get to mediafire from work, we block it...
Go in via an HTTPS proxy.
I'll check it out when I get home, those were just two things I thought of when I saw your post not mentioning them.Lord Dynel wrote:koralas, I reflected on what you posted and what I replied and worked on the sheet a little more.
I made a notation at the "Input Level" field to input 0 if checking against a non-class ability. I also added another field to input any modifiers to the check. I also polished up the explanation and example at the bottom, under the result table. If there are any more suggestions, please let me know! And thanks!

Yes, (deep ssl inspection proxy). However, most Dept's don't bother. As to blacklisting, worthless and actually, dangerous if one is relying on that for IT sec. There are too many added every hour.koralas wrote:Ah, there are many different ways to skin that cat, especially since I am the Infrastructure Manager, and have the keys to the kingdom when it comes to IT.
