Advanced characters
Does the CKG tell what to give characters that start at higher levels, and if so, what page? Thanks.

At a glance, I'm not seeing anything. But I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Do you mean as far as starting money and equipment? Or ? ...

You can find high level character creation in the Crusader #8 page 14.

There are no rules in the core books for this.
Crusader #8 has half of it; the other half is errata in #9.
Domesday book vol 2 issue 4 has rules for creating low level characters up to about level 5.
If you have the AD&D DMG, see Appendix P
If you have the D&D Rules Cyclopedia see page 129.
