Does the TLG store front no longer work?
I am trying to order a couple of products, but I can't even sign in. It won't recognize my password, and when I requested a new password the e-mail has yet to show up even though it said it was sent successfully, and its been over half an hour. Yes, I've been checking my Spam folder.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I seem to be having the same problem. I haven't tried requesting a new password yet, but I'll try after I pick up the Mrs. from work.

Yeah, I still haven't gotten my password request.

Is this a recent thing? I just ordered two modules last week and the order went through fine. Got my modules last Wednesday.

The "reset password" issue has been around for at least a year. I've e-mailed Brian & Steve about it several times; in the end, Steve had to wipe and reset my account.

Thankfully, with the new store opening, https://www.trolllord.com/tlgstore this should no longer be an issue. I've tested and retested the lost password thing on the new site and it works. Phew!
