WEGS Old Skool

Anyone ever seen / played this?
I've never heard of it, stumbled across it at a local store of fun (Not FLGS, but a "where the hell did you find THAT?" kind of store) and it looks interesting.

I almost want to buy it just because it's that interesting, but it will jsut become another game on the shelf that I never play.

but it looks cool! Anyone seen it before?
