I've been reading the PDF of the Teratic Tome (which is stated out for OSRIC) and really digging it.
It's got some truly horrific monsters it. Many would be R-rated or higher in a horror-movie sense.
Many have very particular prey or backgrounds which is kind of cool. This is not just another book of humanoids, etc.
There is an implied background too, which is cool and makes it read like the AD&D MMs.
Oh, and the cover is right out of 80s-era AD&D. Worth checking out (you can get it in hardback on Lulu, too).

This...is awesome. I've purchased the PDF and, upon doing so, got a nice little discount on the hardcover copy from Lulu (so ordering that too). Check out Rafael's "Roll XX" while you're at it.
