In the cosmoly of both worlds, the All Father and Inzaa came before anything else existed. The All Father dreamed things into being and Inzaa allowed them to form out of the Maelstrom.
So, did the All Father dream Inzae into existance or did the All Father spill out of the Maelstrom unknown to Inzaa. There are two camps.
Some propose that both the All Father and Inzae are one and each a manifestation of polar ends of that 'one's' being.
This conundrum has confounded man for ages and no solution has been found.

I just look at them as both being creatures that existed "before the beginning", and most likely were not the only ones.
Knowing their history would be akin to real world scientists learning what things were like before their was a "big bang", or before "then there was light".
In other words, how would anyone even know? It has been so long they may not even be capable of remembering. Kind of like us trying to remember what happened in our lives at the age of 18 months.
So it is going to remian a mystery, their whole existance is a conundrum in and of itself.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Neat question.
How about having the All Father and Inzae as both being the remaining remnants of some cosmic battle between two or more primordially (and vastly powerful) divine beings? While those beings were destroyed in the battle, the remaining divine "residue" gradually coalesced into two or three parts - Inzae & Maelstrom and the All Father. Maybe each part has a lesser or greater amount of deific sentience the All Father is the most powerful and aware, Inzae is less powerful and less aware as the All Father and then the Maelstrom has (almost?) no awareness or power.
This could be a way of explaining why Inzae sort of slumbers upon the Maelstrom most of the time and why the All Father seems to be learning and experiencing like a divine child early on in his creation mythology (at least that is what I think I remember from reading the Codex some time back).
Just some random thoughts.
