Hi an introduction
Hi all,
I have been lurking for a little while and so I thought intros were in order. My name is Chris Taylor and I have been a DM since the early 1980's. (Sounds like an AA intro) I have dm'd for Fasa Dr. Who, Traveller, Rolemaster, Holmes Basic/1e/2e/3e and 3.5e before deciding I didn't like where things were going and going back to 1e/2e hybrid games. Then I found C&C.
My wife and I go to Origins every year but didn't try out C&C until Garycon this year. We had a blast and I played in the C&C tournament. I was intrigued by the Hlobane orc and what I saw so I bought the books. I bought a few more during the plunder the dens and I have been running some games for family and friends since then.
We plan on going to Gencon, and have registered for some C&C events, so I thought I would introduce myself early.

Welcome to the Crusade, quithanire2! And very glad the GaryCon tournament whetted your interest in getting further into the game. Which session were you in, BTW?

I beleive it was the last of the tournament games. I think you guys were have a C&C gathering immediately after. We were so close to finishing but happy hour and spotted cow got in the way. Damn those color coded free refill cups of goodness... Lots of fun though. I played the Dwarven Paladin with the Dwarven thrower.
