Bolding those I once owned... now a much, much shorter list...

Note: Added Buck Rogers High-Adventure Cliffhangers, and two additional editions of Boot Hill. As you might tell, I was never a fan of the SAGA system...

Alternity
Amazing Engine
Boot Hill
.....Boot Hill 2e
.....Boot Hill 3e
Buck Rogers XXVC
..... High-Adventure Cliffhangers
Bullwinkle & Rocky
Conan the Barbarian

Dragonlance: Fifth Age (SAGA)
Dungeons & Dragons
.....OD&D
.....Holmes
.....B/X
.....BECMI
.....Rule Cyclopedia
.....AD&D
.....AD&D 2e
Empire of the Petal Throne
Gamma World
.....Gamma World 2e
.....Gamma World 3e
.....Gamma World 4e
Gangbusters
Indiana Jones
Marvel Super Heroes

.....Marvel Super Heroes Adventure Game (SAGA)
Metamorphosis Alpha
Star Frontiers
Top Secret
.....Top Secret 2e

Note: I do not believe TSR ever published a version of Universe; that was strictly an SPI game, published before TSR acquired SPI and not after. If Universe is included, you certainly need to include DragonQuest... as TSR actually did publish an edition of SPI's fantasy RPG.

That's quite the collection, James - you must have been TSR's favorite customer! :)

Making some adjustments to the list ...

Universe had already been added to the list because they did, for a short while, put it out under the TSR banner. I wasn't sure about DragonQuest but you have confirmed it.

Amazing Engine (hated it)
Conan the Barbarian (loved it)
B/X (loved it)
BECMI (liked it- not as much as plain old B/X- just because I never played much above 14th lvl)
Rule Cyclopedia (Cool for having everything between two covers)
AD&D (loved it)
AD&D 2e (loved some things better than AD&D but liked many aspects of AD&D better)
Indiana Jones (loved it, but didn't get to play it as much as Conan. For some reason, Indy was a hard sell to my buddies in my teen years. By the time I was out of high school, I didn't own the game any more).
Marvel Super Heroes (loved it)
Star Frontiers (Loved it and still play it, from time to time).

I've seen (and like) both metamorphosis alpha and gamma world. I'd love to play a long term campaign in either.

Ok here you go on what I owned

Dungeons & Dragons
.....B/X (played it for a little bit and then went to AD&D)

.....AD&D(Loved it and played it a lot, but only DMed it a bit)

.....AD&D 2e (Loved it but spent most of my time with it DMing it - thus limiting some of the later splat books from mudding the waters toooooo much)

Gamma World
.....Gamma World 2e (Played it a bit but never DMed it)

Marvel Super Heroes (mixed bag, loved the rules, but preferred the "DC" world - specifically Batman - to that of marvel, so gravitated to other "Super Hero" games)

Star Frontiers (Loved it and played it almost as much as AD&D for a few years, only DMed it a bit)

Top Secret
.....Top Secret 2e (loved them, but the guys I played with were not as much into 'spy' games as other games so not a lot of play/dm time with it)

Boy that is a shorter list than I thought it would be ...
