Mike, I'm wondering what contact number you have for Steve. Also, he can sometimes be reached on the Troll Lord and Castles and Crusades Facebook pages. If it's urgent, you might try reaching Tim Burns or Todd Gray. I'll try to help you if I can. I speak to him occasionally as it relates to convention sales.
