Troll Knuckles

OK, I've been playing C&C for about 2 1/2 years nows and I've never rolled this item before as part of random treasure, but in the PHB, page 95, table 3.5, item 96-100...what in the heck are "Troll Knuckles"??? LOL!

I only know them as dice. So when I rolled these I treated them as fancy dice made of whatever I rolled on table 3.6. When the value seemed high enough to justify it, I turned them into a set of 2, 4, or more dice.

Wasn't there a dice game called troll knuckles? Seems like I saw it at a con.

Thanks for the link. Interesting, and pretty neat. I ended up just making them a "trophy" in the form of brace knuckles, carved from oak and inlaid with silver. I may change that to being this game, we'll see. Thanks!
