Mrs. ArgoForg's Etsy Shoppe

Post by ArgoForg »

Heya all,

I don't get over here as often as I would like-- between work and teething baby, Argo is a right busy bastard, he is. But I did want to go ahead and plug my wife's new (at least, fairly new) Etsy shop, Jessica Hughey Creations. She is pretty good at making handmade polymer clay figurines and has started to put them out for sale, and so far, response has been overwhelmingly positive.

Or check out her facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/JessicaHugheyCreations

These are the first of what she hopes to be an eventual "line" of cute versions of D&D/Fantasy RPG creatures... I'm hopeful she'll have more up soon, as she has a few creatures in mind that she'd like to do next. She also does custom orders, so anyone who might be interested can contact her... and she's very pleasant to work with, despite her questionable taste in husbands.

D'oh!! Although I have to admit that one is better than any incarnation of "I Stalk!" that I can think of. :D

I am pretty sure that Mind Flayers are on the list of the next few creatures to do. She was toying around with the idea of a Grell for a while there, too. But considering that she's already done This Little Valentine's Day Bundle of Joy I could bet that Mind Flayers would be a pretty good possibility.

I'm very sorry I didn't respond to this yet, Dracyian! I'm glad you're getting to take advantage, and I know that my wife (and I) appreciates the order... I am definitely looking forward to seeing how it turns out... and I'm sure you are too!

I'm thrilled that people in the community would appreciate something like this. Like I was telling her, these things would make great gifts to gamers! :D

I will be honest, i feel like a bad customer, your wife has been incredible quick on the uptake, very prompt, I don't think any of my questions ever went more than a few hours before she responded to them and it was a well thought out response. The prices, I'll be completely honest, are cheap, I was thinking that my request would be more but she charged me an awesome price. She has been upfront with all the information and facts and I can't compliment you guys enough on the customer service I have been provided, and yes I will, once I figure out how, leave your wife's shop a most excellent review. I'm so excited to see how it turns out and can't wait to see it on the game map as our characters whine and everyone looks at me with murderous intent in their eyes lol.

Hey all!

Just wanted to make a quick mention that my wife's Etsy store is having a weekend-long 50% off sale on all her already (pre-) made beholders, from Black Friday to Cyber Monday!

So any of her current crop of beholders is available for only $6 (+s/h) this weekend!

Thanks again for letting me plug it here, everyone!
