Just a quick question, for those of you using the 12/15/18 system (or basically, a tertiary system), does this apply only to the PCs or does this apply to the monsters as well?
I can see certain key NPCs being stated with a tertiary system, but for the most part do you bother applying this to your monsters and NPCs "in general"?

I use 12/14/16 (close enough), but for monsters I generally stick to 12/16; it's just easier for me as a CK. For particular NPC''s I might do the 12/14/16.

Likewise. Keep it simple for your monsters 12/18. Save the 12/15/18 for important NPC's.
