It has its quirks, but I'm finding I'm enjoying this more than any MMO since Guild Wars 1. With a few exceptions, it is very solo-able.
If anyone here dabbles, let me know and I'll give you my character info. I have an Illuminati and a Templar so far.

Played since launch (technically before if you count the Secret War experience). I've really enjoyed it and would agree, with the right build, the solo-ability is pretty darn good. Unfortunately, they've scaled back from the ARG stuff, for which the first major one had a culminating event of a person visiting a location in Montreal to receive a packet of information to further the story.
