Next time around, when you are having the respondents say how often they do something, just put the "once a week", "once every two weeks", etc. as the response rather than "occasionally", "never", etc. Separately defining something like "occasionally" makes the survey harder to fill out and you run the risk of the respondent not bothering to read your definitions and applying her own instead.

Also, I would have liked a "both" option when asked do I prefer print or digital product. I usually buy both.
