The 4th printing PDF is up, the following link is to Boyd's website, where it is legally free, or if you want to send some cash their way, or have already bought it at RPGNow/Drivethru, you can DL the updated PDF there... With the way they are upping prices, etc... I would suggest DLing all of the free stuff now, if that is how you wish to obtain it. I have a sneaky suspicion they may end or radically change their license soon, which is what these free versions are shared under...
